REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Ticket cancellations are permitted up to 2 days prior to visit but not on the day of visit. Cancellation can be made by contacting our customer support via phone.
  • Customers must provide booking details and the reason for cancellation/refund request.
  • Refunds made will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Cancellations made on the day of visit are not eligible for refund.
  • In the event of the theme park closed due to unforeseen circumstances, visitors will get full refund.
  • Refund will not be issued for reasons other than those specified in this policy.
  • Re-scheduling the visit may be requested within a specific time frame. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated, subject to availability.
